2026 Prices:

One-Day Rental:

• Friday -$4000
• Saturday - $5000
• Sunday - $3000
• Monday-Thursday - $2000
  

Two-Day Rental:

• Friday/Saturday - $6500
• Monday-Thursday - $3000

2027 Prices: $500 increase from prices above. 

Additional information:

 -Event insurance required for every event: $115 average price

- $200 cleaning fee due week of event

- $500 safety deposit check due week of event, returned if not used.

• Covered porch with swings and tables
• Caterer’s prep kitchen includes sink, two prep counters, oven, Tray warmer, ice maker, and fridge

• External Grooms Room: Pool table, darts board, corn hole, tv etc..
• External Bridle sweet - very spacious!

***There is plenty of outdoor space to support over 200 guests if needed. 

Internal DJ setup optional: We have speakers/sub with DJ lights that can be rented for $200, you simply hook up to Bluetooth and play your playlist. 

Green wall rental: $200
