Prices:

One-Day Rental:

• Friday - $4500
• Saturday - $5500
• Sunday - $3500
• Monday-Thursday - $2500
  

Two-Day Rental:

• Friday/Saturday - $7500
• Monday-Thursday - $3500
• For two days, Day 1 facility hours 1PM-9PM. (8hours)

Additional information:

Nonrefundable Deposit/reserve date:

$1,500 fri/sat dates, 

$1000 for sun-thur dates  

** this deposit goes towards the total price.

- 8 months prior to date 1/2 balance is due. (non-refundable)

- 3 months prior to date remaining balance is due.  (non-refundable) 

 -Event insurance (major damages) required for every event: ($115 average)

- $300 cleaning fee due week of event

- $500 sec deposit(for minor damages) check due week of event, returned if not used.

• Several ceremony locations (choice between barn background, wood background, pond background, dock background, or indoors in case of inclement weather.
• Various spots for photos to last a lifetime
• Beautiful dressing room perfect for pictures
• Indoor restrooms (wheelchair accessible)
• Covered porch with swings and tables
• Caterer’s prep kitchen includes sink, two prep counters, oven, Tray warmer, ice maker, and fridge
• L-shaped food bar station 
• External grooms room: Pool table, darts board, corn hole, tv etc..
• External bridal suite - very spacious!

***There is plenty of outdoor space to support 200 guests if needed. 

Internal DJ setup optional: We have speakers/sub with DJ lights that can be rented for $200, you simply hook up to Bluetooth and play your playlist.
